HATHA YOGA

A mixed ability class that encourages students to practise with awareness. The sessions focus on breath and movement and build up to a more flowing practice developing both strength and flexibility. All levels are welcome.

WHY SHOULD I PRACTISE YOGA?

Yoga strengthens the immune system. Adds vitality and strength to the spine. Reduces stress and tension in the body. Yoga increases the levels of endorphins in the blood which can dramatically reduce feelings of apathy and depression.
