Mummy & Baby Yoga


Uplifting and fun classes for babes and their mums (new born to 12 months). Post natal yoga is taught for mums (helping you regain strength and muscle tone) along with assisted moves for the little ones. The class is equally split between mummy practices, babies practices and interactive practices.

Class always ends with a good period of relaxation leaving you feeling relaxed and energised followed by a well earned cup of tea! You do not need to have any previous yoga experience.
